I have been at Tried & True for about 3 months now. I have never felt better. I have lost 18 pounds and gained so much strength. The coaches here are amazing. Ron and Stacey care about each and every one of us at the box. They are always there to keep you going and motivate you. Always cheering you on and helping you. Everyone I have ever met at the box is so nice. Not one person will judge you there. Only help you and cheer you on. When you start at the box you aren't just a member, you are family.
