Nevill's went above and beyond for my wedding and anytime I've ordered since. I've never been disappointed with the quality or the beauty of what they put together. They think outside the box. Just ordered again and I'm not worried in the least with what I'm picking up on Saturday!
Went right before Christmas. They had a small selection but it was December. What I picked out looked great and the employee was very nice.
I called from out of state to order flowers for a funeral. They took my order over the phone but had to call back because they didn't take American Express. I guess the young lady wrote down my number instead of keying it in? How did she not know that they don't take AE immediately? So the Manager called back for another payment method. I was charged the $50. The flowers never arrived at the church or the funeral home. I called repeatedly to talk to someone about this and every time I called, they took a message for the manager. No one ever got back to me. Its been 4 months and I am giving up. Out of town buyer beware.
