Kyle Engel was an outstanding representative of the Alexander/Subaru brand. His time to talk with us on one weekend led us to return and ask for him specifically when we returned. Pretty smooth process beginning to end of the deal. Fair price on the trade in vehicle with no haggling required. My two teenagers enjoyed the hospitality area and spent most of the time at the dealership there. I also received a tour of the service writers bay and a description of the workflow. I am happy with the experience and the vehicle. My wife is starting to think about replacing her vehicle and is very interested in switching to Subaru based on our experience.

This is the main Subaru dealership of north central Pennsylvania. They have a huge selection of new Subaru vehicles on the lot and a lot of sales help on hand to assist you. But their service lacks tremendously. We went in to have a regular service of oil change done before embarking on a 1500 mile trip of the Blue Ridge parkway. When we get home, we spoke to the people that had the car from new that traded it in at Blaise Alexander Subaru, and they said there is a recall on it. It turns out the recall is for a major defect in the airbag system that has cause major injuries including permanent blindness and ever has led to deaths. If their service would have taken a moment and ran our vehicle Identification Number they would have found this out and we could have had it addressed before our long journey. How would you have felt if a loved one would have been injured or killed due to laziness on the part of the service team before taking a long trip. Now, we get constant calls from the dealership stating there is something wrong with our car but will not state on the voice mail what is wrong. How do they know we have an issue and why are they not stating something quick on the voice mail message? I have come to love my Subaru but I have no faith in Blaise Alexander Subaru. W& L Subaru in Northumberland also does not have a glowing reputation so I will get as much work done by my local mechanic as possible.
